First activity of: TREASURES OF THE SEA OF MARBELLA

Discover, Sail and Dive into our Sea

Organized by Marina Marbella and the NGO EquilibrioMarino, this first edition brought together passionate participants who enjoyed an unforgettable day at sea.

The activity offered the opportunity to sail to a unique location off the coast of Marbella: the remains of the Galeón de San Pedro, an oldshipwreck now turned into a haven for marine biodiversity. Guests experienced guided snorkeling and diving surrounded by fish, corals, and the beauty of the Marbella coastline.

This initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of protecting our natural marine heritage. The sea is currently facing serious threats suchas pollution, overfishing, and climate change. That is why EquilibrioMarino works daily on conservation projects, seabed clean-ups, the creation of protected areas, and marine education campaigns.
