The yard offers two upper deck options among which Filippetti customers might choose. The first option with fly deck “open”– made up by a vast terrace with a bar, sundeck and a dining area, covered as necessary by a roof. And a second version, with “closed” fly- deck, includes a spacious living room where sit with guests, a small kitchen and an up and down table used as required even for lunch.
