OUR HARBOURS AND MARINAS
In response to limited availability of moorings in the Mediterranean and the need for more boat care service facilities, Marina Marbella Group extended its activities to construction & management of world-class yacht harbours, marinas and boat yards in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
Puerto Pesquero, Marbella (Spain): The first marina and boat yard was built in the Puerto Pesquero of Marbella in 1982, which continues to be the Marina Marbella service centre and headquarters, consisting of 15,000 m2 of facilities with a capacity to store more than 600 boats from 20 to 100 ft.
Marina Yachting Sevilla, Sevilla (Spain): The next marina was built in Sevilla in 1991 providing 150 moorings and 17,000 m2 of service area with a capacity to store 400 boats on land.
Marina Smir, Tetouan (Morocco): In 1992, Marina Marbella completed the world class Port Marina Smir near Tetouan in Morocco, which is considered the pearl of yacht harbours in the Southern Mediterranean. Its close proximity to the Spanish coast, only 50 miles from Marbella, is ideal and it has a great capacity with 450 moorings from 6 to 60 m (20 to 200 ft) as well as 20,000 m2 of service area.

Marina Marbella Setubal (Portugal): This latest marina was built in Setubal, near the large tourist residential area of Troya in Portugal, and provides 50 moorings and a a storage facility for 200 boats. The capacity will be doubled on completion of a second phase in 2009.
